The entire agenda is not up yet. I'm working on it today. I'll be spending the better part of the first day deconstructing the trial in Duval v. County of Los Angeles. The Second day will be devoted to working up different types of cases for trial, framing the issues, simplifying the issues, and developing/presenting depositions and other evidence in a way the average juror can actually understand it.
