I have requested discovery in my case against cps and dphhs . I have requested for the entire files , the internal cap files , the handwritten notes , the social workers cell phone texts , email chains from the dept to myself . All of these requests have been denied by the other side and i must argue this to federal court .Does anyone have any examples of what is typically discovered and how to demand these .My case includes fraud they do not want to turn over anything i have requested and they have never had a case make it this far in montana so there new to this as well . Any discovery examples so i can assert to the judge that this is typical and my right to discover .
